Utopia Sprawl is a registered trading name for MagTwo Creations AB.

In short: You may print purchased files from Utopia Sprawl for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell or distribute purchased files in any way.

These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms” or these “Terms And Conditions”) contained herein on this webpage, shall govern your use of the Website located at: https://utopiasprawl.com/ (all pages and parts of the website are collectively referred to in these terms and conditions as “Website”).

These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. You must not use this Website, if you have any objection to any of these Terms and Conditions.

You will be referred to as the “user” and/or the “buyer” throughout this document.

Usage of any part of Utopia Sprawls websites and/or profiles on different social media platforms, will abide to those websites terms and conditions.

Under these Terms and Conditions, Utopia Sprawl and/or its third-party licensors/creators own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved. Nobody may use, print, store or share those files without explicit authorization. Users are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing and using the material contained on or purchased from this Website. Users of the website must not copy, modify, distribute, share, reproduce, publish, sell or rent the aforementioned elements nor create new products derived from the information or products/services provided on the Website without the explicit written consent of Utopia Sprawl.

By extension it is forbidden to modify the content, products, services or structure of this Website. Any future release, update, or other addition to functionality of the Site or Services shall be subject to the terms of these Terms and Conditions. All copyright and other proprietary notices on any part of the Website or Services or Content must be retained on all copies thereof.

1. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Utopia Sprawl sells 3-D printing files (also referred to as “Material” or “Product”). Sales are offered directly by Utopia Sprawl through the Website. Your purchase is referred to as the “Order”.

These terms and conditions, together with the Order specifications, constitute an offer by the User to purchase Products from Utopia Sprawl according to the terms and conditions described herein.

By accepting and finalizing the Order, the User also accepts these terms and conditions.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Utopia Sprawl grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, license to use the Site and STL Files for your personal, non-commercial use. The license granted to you in these Terms of Use are subject to the following restrictions:

The User shall not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site, Services or materials you print under this license.
The User shall not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Site or STL Files.
The User shall not access the Site or Services or STL files in order to build a similar or competitive service.
Except as expressly stated herein, no part of the Site or Services may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means.

2. WEBSITE ORDERS

Purchases are made through the Website. The User has to fulfil the purchasing forms with all the required information – clearly detailed on screen. It is the user’s sole responsibility to review and ensure the final specifications and total price of the purchase. Prices include applicable taxes such as VAT.

Orders placed by minors are handled in accordance with European and Swedish consumer legislature.

Once the Order is confirmed, the Buyer will receive an email detailing all the purchase information as well as their personal details provided. If this email is not received we recommend the Buyer to contact us as soon as possible.

Please contact your chosen payment company and/or your personal bank if you have problems completing the purchase.

Utopia Sprawl do not in any way take responsibility for the handling and/or usage of purchased files, the Users 3D-printer or any such related occurrences. Utopia Sprawl will not be liable in respect of any loss or damage, including special, consequential or indirect loss or damage however arising in relation to your use of the Site or STL files.

5. RETURNS

Due to the particular nature of the services we provide, once the files have been downloaded and any problems are checked and addressed, and provided the files meet all the requirements offered and made clear in the online store at https://utopiasprawl.com, we will not accept any returns and/or changes in the order.

Exceptions for this are found in the Swedish and European Union consumer legislature.

6. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website is duly registered and protected according to current intellectual property rights.

Any third-party content found on the website adhere to the terms and conditions made clear by our cooperation and agreement with that artist/creator and/or company. The user acknowledge that all the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trade marks, and trade secrets, print files on the Website are owned by Utopia Sprawl or Utopia Sprawl’s third-party creators.

The provision of the Website and print files does not transfer to you or any third party any rights, title or interest in or to such intellectual property rights. Utopia Sprawl and its suppliers reserve all rights not granted in these Terms and Conditions. The user will be responsible for the files and be expected to act according to the restrictions and limitations detailed herein.

7. LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms will be governed by and are construed in accordance with Swedish consumer laws and the User submit to the jurisdiction of the national and European courts for the resolution of any disputes in the country from where the service is provided.
